Author Biography

David B. DH lard-Wright, PhD, the coauthor of The Everything Guide to Meditation for Healthy Living, teaches philosophy, religion, and ethics at the University of South Carolina-Aiken. His practice m meditation originated in the Trappist tradition of contemplative prayer and then segued into Eastern practices. He lives in Augusta, GA. Heidi E. Spear, author of The Everything Guide to Chakra Healing and coauthor of The Everything Guide to Ayurveda, is on the teaching faculty at Kripalu Center for Yoga Health, where she leads experiential workshops using meditation, yoga, visualization, poetry, zen koans, and theater. She lives in Lenox, MA. Paula Munier is a writer, yoga teacher, and founder of Still Breathing Yoga. She lives on the South Shore of Massachusetts.
