GERALD A BENJAMIN, Senior Managing Partner of International Capital Resources, is recognized by entrepreneurs, investors, and financial intermediaries as one of the leading US authorities on the business angel capital market and is the author of three books on the subject. JOEL MARGULIS has authored and co-authored a number of books on a variety of subjects, including three on Angel Capital with Gerald Benjamin.
