Author Biography

David H. Holtzman has designed and built numerous information-based software systems. He has been a security consultant for several organizations, both public and private, including Gen. Wesley Clark's 2004 presidential campaign. He is the author of Privacy Lost: How Technology Is Endangering Your Privacy. Currently he is the president of GlovalPOV.com, a firm he founded to explore significant technology issues and their effects on society. Holtzman lives in Herndon, VA.
