Author Biography
Kansas City native Dennis "Hopeless" Hallum has been writing independent comics since 2007 - including Gearhead (Arcana), a four-issue super hero vengeance tale, and LoveSTRUCK (Image), an original graphic novel about how you don't have to believe in love to make it. Hopeless made a big name for himself at Marvel with the shocking AVENGERS ARENA, and his reputation has grown on books including CABLE AND X-FORCE, the Disney Kingdoms title BIG THUNDER MOUNTAIN RAILROAD, and various limited series. On SPIDER-WOMAN, Hopeless has wowed fans of Jessica Drew by giving her a new look and even a baby.
