Author Biography
Philip M. Podsakoff is the Hyatt and Cici Brown Chair of Business at the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. He received his doctoral degree at Indiana University, and taught at The Ohio State University and Indiana University before joining the faculty at the University of Florida. Professor Podsakoff is a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the Academy of Management Association; past chair of the Research Methods Group of the Academy of Management; a recipient of the Academy of Management Research Methods Division's Distinguished Career Award; and a co-recipient of the SIOP William A. Owens Scholarly Achievement Award. He has published over 75 articles in organizational behavior, management, marketing, psychology, and MIS journals.
Scott B. MacKenzie is the Neal Gilliatt Chair and Professor of Marketing at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is the author of over 60 widely cited articles on organizational citizenship behavior, leadership, and research methodology published in leading marketing, management, and MIS journals. In addition, he is a previous winner of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology's William A. Owens Scholarly Achievement Award, the American Marketing Association's Harold H. Maynard Award, and Honorable Mention in the Association for Consumer Research's Robert Ferber Award competition.
Nathan Podsakoff is a Robbins Fellow in the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Florida and his A.B. from Princeton University. His research has been published in management, psychology, and MIS outlets. He is a recipient of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology's William A. Owens Scholarly Achievement Award and the Early Career Achievement Award from the Academy of Management's Research Methods Division. He has also served as an Associate Editor for Personnel Psychology.
