Troubled by symptoms like hot flashes, back pain, anxiety, brain fog—just to name a few—and without any clear guidance from their health care providers about the changes happening in their bodies, many women between the ages of 35 and 50 are left to navigate this overwhelming season of life on their own. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
