Author Biography

Deborah Schultz is a Registered Dietition, Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist, and Nutritioin Therapist. She provides counseling and education courses at the Mind-Body Wellness Center in Meadville, Pennsylvania. Raised in Key West, Florida, she received her B.A. in Biology at Slippery Rock University, at Slippery Rock, PA. She continued her education at Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington, where she received her Masters of Science in Nutrition. She has been featured in locally televised cooking shows, in front of live audiences and presents seminars on nutrition.
