I really liked the chapters on the history of wine. Even with all the details this textbook has, it still was fun to read. I loved all the side stories that really bring wine to life. It has great information and descriptions even for the novice. Very well written, highly recommended.

He also works in the beverage industry as the director of operations for a wine and spirits distributor.
