Author Biography

JANICE PILGREEN, a secondary school teacher for more than twenty years, is currently the Director of Reading at the University of La Verne in California, where she teaches Masters- and credential-level courses in reading. She also conducts workshop presentations on silent sustained reading and K-12 reading methods in public schools throughout California.
