This textbook summarizes management in a very simple, enjoyable, easy to remember, and interactive way. This text is full of real life and practical examples which enrich the student's understanding of the different concepts. This textbook is a very good text to keep as a quick reference for the new and middle career managers. The textbook is new, like they stated it would be. Shipping was free as well, which was sweet, and the textbook came within 3 days.
